Your pages
- Account page
username.status.uptime.rsshows all your monitors with 60-day uptime bars and recent outages. You can style it, post updates and put it on your own domain.- Domain pages
- Every monitored domain gets a page, e.g.
example-com.status.uptime.rsfor example.com. They use the standard look with the site's icon and cannot be edited, because other users may monitor the same domain. They are listed, with search, at the bottom of Status page.
Styling
Open Status page in the menu. The visual editor at the top shows your live page: click the title, description or logo to change them, pick an accent colour and a favicon, then Save. To group monitors (e.g. "Websites", "API") or hide one, use the monitor's settings. Visitors can switch between light and dark.
Custom domain
Enter your domain (e.g. status.yourcompany.com) under Status page → Custom domain, then create the DNS record
CNAME status.yourcompany.com → status.uptime.rs. The HTTPS certificate is issued automatically on the first visit.
Incidents and notices
Under Status page → Incidents and maintenance, post an incident with a first update (Investigating), then add updates as it progresses: Identified, Monitoring, Resolved. Open incidents are shown at the top of the page. Notices are one-off announcements.
Scheduled maintenance
Set a start and end time (UTC). Upcoming maintenance is announced on the page, and while it runs the page says so and alerts for its monitors are muted.
Subscribers and RSS
Visitors can subscribe by email on your page (they confirm by email) and get every incident and maintenance update; each email has an unsubscribe link.
The same updates are at /feed.rss. See and remove subscribers under Subscribers on the same page.
